Upcoming Album ‘Get A Transfer’ Set For Release April 11 via Pinecastle Records
Nashville, Tenn. – The King James Boys are thrilled to unveil their brand new Bluegrass Gospel single “Ready and Waiting,” which is out now on all digital and streaming platforms (check it out HERE). The track is the latest release from their upcoming album, Get A Transfer, set to drop on April 11 via Pinecastle Records. Fans can expect an inspiring collection of songs that embody the group’s signature blend of Bluegrass and Southern Gospel.
“When ‘Ready and Waiting’ was brought to The King James Boys, we immediately fell in love with its melody and lyrics, and the paramount message behind it,” says Randy Spencer. “As Christians, we are commanded to reach the world with the gospel of the soon returning Christ. That’s why we should be watching, praying, and always be ready and waiting!”
Written by talented songwriters Barney Rogers and Russell Johnson, “Ready and Waiting” delivers a heartfelt message of spiritual preparation and faith, urging listeners to remain steadfast in their walk with God. To celebrate the release, the group is also unveiling the official video for the single (watch it HERE). It follows the success of the lead single, “I Can Hear the Savior,” which spent multiple weeks in the Top Ten of the Bluegrass Today Weekly Gospel Chart. It also builds upon the momentum of the group’s previous release, “Glory Ride,” further showcasing their ability to craft compelling Gospel anthems.
The full Get A Transfer album will feature eight tracks that stay true to The King James Boys’ distinctive sound. Highlights include the upbeat title track, which closes out the project with a lively spirit, and the powerful ballad, “The Best Selling Book of All Time.” With its mix of energetic and contemplative songs, the album promises to inspire and uplift listeners.
