Next Single “My Picasso” Co-Written by Jerry Eicher and Rick Lang Set for Release on August 23rd

Nashville, Tenn. – Pinecastle Records is excited to announce the addition of award-winning recording artist Edgar Loudermilk to its artist roster. The Georgia based singer/songwriter recently celebrated 22 years in the Bluegrass business, where he got his start in the early 2000s as a member of Rhonda Vincent and The Rage, Marty Raybon’s inaugural Bluegrass band, and spent seven years performing with IIIrd Tyme Out. He’s looking to the future after signing a new record deal to simultaneously release one secular album, along with an all-Gospel project.

“Pinecastle was with us for the successful release of Georgia Maple,” says Loudermilk. “It’s like coming back home. We’re looking forward to and are excited about having Pinecastle with us on the release of our upcoming secular and gospel projects.”

The first Bluegrass single, “My Picasso” is set for release on August 23. The original tune tells the story about a legendary wild horse named Picasso who roamed free in Colorado’s Sand Wash Basin. The tune was co-written by Jerry Eicher and Rick Lang. Known for his stunning tri-color markings, the mustang is often regarded as the most famous horse in America. On the recording, Loudermilk delivers heartfelt vocals that perfectly capture the essence of the song’s message.
