New Album “Christmas in the Smokies” Now Available

Christmas in the Smokies is a new bluegrass Christmas album from Pinecastle with some of the biggest names in bluegrass performing new original Christmas songs as well as favorite traditional carols. It is now available for purchase ahead of the coming holiday season. The album features 15 tunes, five of which are new, from artists like Lorraine Jordan and Carolina Road, Phil Leadbetter (2014 IBMA Dobro Player of the Year) and Friends, Mark Newton and Steve Thomas, and Matt Wallace and Jesse Gregory (2014 IBMA Momemtum Awards Vocalist of the Year). The title track, “Christmas in the Smokies” by Lorraine Jordan and Carolina Road shares it’s namesake with the annual Pigeon Forge bluegrass festival which will be December 10-14th. Carolina Road will proudly be selling signed copies at this year’s festival.
