Recording Featured on Dale Ann’s Upcoming Full-Length Project Slated for Release In Mid-2022
Nashville, Tenn. – There’s no better way to start off 2022 than by bringing together the reigning IBMA “Female Vocalist of the Year” Dale Ann Bradley, with the current “Male Vocalist of the Year” Danny Paisley for a brand new duet. The dynamic pair just unveiled their brand new song “One By One.” It’s the lead single from Bradley’s forthcoming album, slated for release later in 2022 via Pinecastle Records. It’s officially out today and fans can download and/or stream “One By One” HERE.
“One By One” is a powerful ballad that was written by Jim Anglin, Jack Anglin and Johnny Wright. It may sound familiar to some, as it was originally released by Kitty Wells and Red Foley. Following its original release in 1954, it peaked at No. 1 on the Country charts. On Dale Ann and Danny’s remake, they channeled the original flair, while making it their own with a must-hear Bluegrass twist. From start to finish, both singers trade lines, with both vocals brightly shining throughout.
Over the course of 2021, both Bradley and Paisley hit new heights in their careers. Following the release of Dale Ann’s critically-acclaimed Things She Couldn’t Get Over project, the Kentucky native hit new milestones in her career including being featured in the Country Music Hall of Fame, securing big features and taking home her 6th “Female Vocalist of the Year” trophy from the International Bluegrass Music Association. Danny Paisley’s year was no different, spending multiple months at No. 1 following the release of his Bluegrass Troubadour project, securing countless features, and also winning his 3rd “Male Vocalist of the Year” at the IBMA Awards.
